Sunday Serenity

Instant chaos.
Monday came shooting out of the starting gates showing no remorse. Today was no different.
I fear Wednesday will follow their lead.
I find mixed emotions towards a heavy workload.
The clock hands fly through the numbers but yet when you finally punch out at the end of the day your legs can barely carry you out the door.

…I find myself thinking back to silence of the mountains…

Gentle winds and struggling sun rays… It’s what Sunday had to serve up. But I could not have had a better day.

This is why we push through the maniacal Mondays and the terrible Tuesdays. We soldier through the muddy weeks to feel the sun on our face on those scenic Sundays.
